Request Form

Here's where you request banners to be made for your stories or signatures. In order to have your request filled, please be aware of the form that you will need to fill out first. If I see a request without this form it will be locked and It will not be filled. In order to even request a banner to be made for you, you need to already have 30 post points on OSP! Any member who knows how to make banners can fill banner requests. All banner will be NO LARGER than 400 x 300 pixels big.
